“Simply the best.”
Sandifer Design Build did a complete renovation in our home, the project included the entire downstairs of our home including a new kitchen, breakfast room, new floors, walls removed and added. The scope of the work was large but from our first meeting to the final day the entire team worked to being the project in on time and on budget. Nick, Larry and all the team including subs were always at my home on time, courteous, kept the job site immaculate everyday as we were living in the house at the same time. They went above and beyond, took on added projects I threw at them and completed the entire project with enthusiasm and pride in their work. Our home is a reflection of the detail oriented work that they did, it is everything we dreamed of and more.
I would highly recommend this company and those who work with them for any new build or remodel, no job is too small or big. They are professional, comfortable to be around, clean, polite and we have developed more than a once off relationship, their continued contact for other projects I have needed has been impressive, once a client, they are always there for you. It is rare to find such professionals who feel like family after your project has been done, I could not recommend them more.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
“My wife and I undertook a large home renovation that included a new kitchen…”
new floors throughout the house, and repainting the interior, right at the time that supply chain issues and inflation so greatly affected the construction industry. Hiring Sandifer Design Build (SDB) was the best decision we could have made to get us through our remodel during such a difficult period. Nick Sandifer is a man with integrity and incredible attention to detail. And his wife, Chelsea, provides an extra level of polish and finishing touches. SDB brings to bear a team of professionals (Edward, Lisa, Lenny, and Rebecca) that support project management, design, and daily supervision of the construction/renovation. That team is absolutely key to keeping the project moving and dealing with the inevitable delays and problems caused by scarcity of materials and labor. The team expertly managed all installation teams and subcontractors and was able to pivot the design on a dime when needed. The best thing about SDB is that they are accountable! Anyone who has worked with a contractor knows just how critical and rare that is. And, most importantly, we are thrilled with the end product and our home remodel is everything we imagined it could be. Thank you Nick and SDB team!

“I’d recommend Sandifer to my best of friends without hesitation. they won’t be disappointed.”
My wife and I have remodeled homes numerous times, so Sandifer’s project was far from our first rodeo. At the outset, I’ll admit I was not familiar with Sandifer’s method of initiating a project. The expression “measure twice, cut once” would describe it. They put extensive design work in prior to starting (and charged a well-worth-it fee for that work), and emerged with an “all-in” quote for the now well defined project. This is as compared to the “a la carte cost build-up” many contractors use, or worse, the “let’s start and we’ll figure it out along the way” approach (we’ve experienced both . . . mostly poor experiences). Sandifer has a superb design team, particularly in the interior space usage, kitchen/cabinet, and interior design areas. You don’t need to bring your own designer; Sandifer has that covered. Sandifer’s “go-to” subcontractors are all very professional and skilled at their trades ….. and should it happen that one is not fully on top of their game, they see it, and fix it expeditiously. Our project manager (Edward) was the best of any job we have done in the last 30 years of remodeling - diligent, on top of the details, professional, and congenial. Lisa in design, Lenny behind the scenes, and Nick (“the big boss” - always there when needed) rounded out the Team.

“We could not be happier with our experience with Nick and his entire team.”
After interviewing several different builders, we knew right away after meeting with Nick that he was the right choice. Nick and Lenny listened to our requests and came up with the perfect design. It was nice being able to see a virtual look at what wanted before the project even started. Nick established a budget and aside from some add on choices that I made during the process, the price never changed. While Nick was always available for my phone calls, we were lucky enough to have Kevin Head as our project manager. Kevin was professional, meticulous, efficient, always available (even at odd hours) and most of all was a great person. He was able to effortlessly manage our subcontractors and his attention to detail was second to none. He always made that extra effort and went that extra mile even to make sure this project came out to perfection. And it exceeding all of our expectations. As we continue to build on to our home, there is no question that we will use Nick for all of our needs and request that Kevin comes back to manage any further projects. Thank you Sandifer Design, we would give you 6 stars if we could. Absolutely the best in the business!
