We’ve just completed a renovation project on our home in Pablo Creek Reserve by Sandifer Design Build.
From the first encounter with Nick and Chelsea Sandifer to our design consultant, Lisa Carrothers to our site Supervisor Edward Lopez and their entire staff the project was done on time, on budget with minimal disruption and to our complete satisfaction. In any renovation project there are always unexpected issues and surprises but thanks to Edward Lopez he was always there to correct course or find solutions to all our problems and challenges! “We could not be happier with our experience with Nick and his entire team.”
After interviewing several different builders, we knew right away after meeting with Nick that he was the right choice. Nick and Lenny listened to our requests and came up with the perfect design. It was nice being able to see a virtual look at what wanted before the project even started. Nick established a budget and aside from some add on choices that I made during the process, the price never changed. While Nick was always available for my phone calls, we were lucky enough to have Kevin Head as our project manager. Kevin was professional, meticulous, efficient, always available (even at odd hours) and most of all was a great person. He was able to effortlessly manage our subcontractors and his attention to detail was second to none. He always made that extra effort and went that extra mile even to make sure this project came out to perfection. And it exceeding all of our expectations. As we continue to build on to our home, there is no question that we will use Nick for all of our needs and request that Kevin comes back to manage any further projects. Thank you Sandifer Design, we would give you 6 stars if we could. Absolutely the best in the business.

Our experience with Sandifer Design and Build was a good one.
We have gone through many remodel projects, there are always surprises and complications. The Sandifer team responded right away to any concern or problem. Lisa the designer was easy to work with and had good suggestions to best solve design issues and worked to stay on budget. Edward the project manager was always quick to respond to any inquiry or concern and took care of issues right away. It was a relief to know someone was always on top of things!

Sandifer Design Build did a complete renovation in our home.
The project included the entire downstairs of our home including a new kitchen, breakfast room, new floors, walls removed and added. The scope of the work was large but from our first meeting to the final day the entire team worked to being the project in on time and on budget. Nick, Larry and all the team including subs were always at my home on time, courteous, kept the job site immaculate everyday as we were living in the house at the same time. They went above and beyond, took on added projects I threw at them and completed the entire project with enthusiasm and pride in their work. Our home is a reflection of the detail oriented work that they did, it is everything we dreamed of and more. I would highly recommend this company and those who work with them for any new build or remodel, no job is too small or big. They are professional, comfortable to be around, clean, polite and we have developed more than a once off relationship, their continued contact for other projects I have needed has been impressive, once a client, they are always there for you.. It is rare to find such professionals who feel like family after your project has been done, I could not recommend them more. Simply the best.
